The rolling brush clicked into place on my 11S Max with zero fuss, exactly as promised, no tools needed. Took less than a minute to swap and the vacuum is picking up pet hair noticeably better than with the worn-out one.

The bristles are stiff enough to actually dig into the carpet, unlike the last one I had. Snap-in installation took me under a minute, and the vacuum’s picking up pet hair like it’s brand new again.

My old brush was shedding bristles everywhere, so this replacement is a relief. It snapped in without any tools in under a minute and fits the 11S perfectly. Back to picking up the pet hair without a second pass.
