Mounting took me about ten minutes with the included bracket, and the adhesive backing is plenty strong for a smooth wall. Only gripe is the instructions are a bit vague about centering, but once it's up it feels rock solid.
The adhesive backing holds fine on a flat surface, but the bracket itself feels a bit flimsy for the weight. Install took me about 15 minutes, so it's functional, just not as sturdy as I'd hoped.
