I've had mine for two weeks and the DuoSpiral brush really does keep hair from wrapping around—even with three long-haired people at home. The self-cleaning mop

The self-cleaning roller mop is the feature I didn't know I needed — it rinses itself mid-cycle so I'm not stopping to swap pads every few minutes. My floors have never felt this consistently clean after a single run, and the two bottles of solution should last me months.

I have two long-haired cats and the detangle brush has genuinely cut down on how often I'm pulling hair off the roller. It still gets stuck around the edges now and then, but way less than my old vacuum. The mopping pads stay wet the whole run too, which I didn't expect.
