Snapped right into place on my 15C MAX in about a minute, no tools needed. The swivel action feels tight and smooth again, and it's been gliding over my rug edges without getting stuck.
The old wheel had worn smooth and my vacuum kept getting stuck on the rug edge. This replacement snapped in without any tools and now it pivots over the transition strip like it did when new. Fit my 11S MAX perfectly.
My robot was dragging itself in circles for weeks because the old wheel had basically seized up. This replacement spins freely again and the install took maybe two minutes with no tools. Back to straight lines across the kitchen floor.
