The screw holes lined up perfectly with my ceiling mount template, so installation took under five minutes. It holds the cam securely with zero wobble, and the swivel range is completely unobstructed once it's snapped in place.
The ceiling bracket clicks in with a satisfying snap, and the ball joint holds the cam at any angle I twist it to without sagging. My P24 hasn't budged since I secured it up there.
The magnet in this bracket is surprisingly strong, so the camera hasn't budged an inch since I clicked it into place on the ceiling. Fit was exact for my P24 model, no wobble or gaps. Took longer to find my stud finder than to actually mount the thing.
