Wasn't sure I needed the video screen until I actually saw who was at the door without reaching for my phone. The picture comes through clear and it barely took any setup time.
Swapped the inside module in about ten minutes and it turned my S3 into a Max, no extra wiring needed. Seeing who's at the door on the indoor panel instead of grabbing my phone is the part I didn't know I wanted. Picture's clear enough to recognize faces even at night.
The video feed on the inside screen is surprisingly crisp, and I can see who's at the door before unlocking. Swapping the module took me maybe ten minutes, no tools beyond a screwdriver.
