The swivel wheel snapped in perfectly and my 11S is gliding over thresholds again instead of scraping. Noticed the plastic feels sturdier than the original that wore down after two years.

My RoboVac was dragging and making that awful scraping noise, and this replacement wheel fixed it in under five minutes. It clicks in perfectly and the robot glides across the hardwood again like it's new.

I was worried about finding the right part, but this swivel wheel snapped right on with zero fuss, and my RoboVac is gliding over the edges and corners again like it's brand new. The fit for my 15C was perfect, and it's held up through a week of daily runs without any wobble.
